We will provide accommodation for guests of Klaipėda in our hotel, located in a restored 18th century warehouse building.
VENICE hall

The open, modern design hall is located between the reception and restobar. Here warehouse's historic pavement is revealed, preserved and tightly framed under glass. The glass walls are anchored in-between iron beams, symbolically recalling 19th century technical architectural elements characteristic of Klaipėda, such as the pedestrian hand-turned bridge located nearby. This is a see-through space. When necessary, we provide the opportunity to cover the walls. We recommend it for aperitifs, product presentations.
MEMEL hall

This hall, designed for conference, business event, lecture series, personal meetings was opened in January 2024, on the attic floor of the second, authentic 18th century building of „MICHAELSON boutique HOTEL“.
This is a solid, substantial, privacy-guaranteed space that commemorates the history of the building and the place with its restored elements, with views of the Dangė river and Klaipeda's castle site...

„MICHAELSON boutique HOTEL“ is expanding and soon we will be able to provide you with more and bigger rooms in the second Michaelsons' warehouse, dating back to the 18th century, by the river... Starting from June 1st, 2024 our Spa BRÌCOŁA is open!

Bertašius, one of the developers and investors of this project, is convinced dedication to heritage is necessary, but when creating a new purpose for historical objects, one should not be afraid of bold ideas and solutions. Michaelsons warehouses, like others from the 7th - 20th centuries, are rare buildings in Klaipėda... Back then, ships could sail down the Dangė river and dock right next to their walls. Back then, the waterways began to shape the architecture of this city, its distinctiveness, identity...
In the first period of independence of the Lithuanian state, the poet A. Miegel even called Klaipėda "the land of shining water"...
